If you are using the FLYLady's method you would see how I term "area" instead of "zone" and I work on the area (zone) on a specific day instead of a specific week. It really doesn't matter what you name it, as long as you work it.
Again, it is a guide line not a bunch of strict rules. I like putting the time next to the task/activity because it gives me a sense of an organized day.
Here is my seven-day plan. I am not sure why the papers turned out looking like a carbon copy. Perhaps I should have lay the papers on top of a piece of blank white paper before taking photos of them.

That's awesome! You are inspiring me to get busy with planning!
wow, is there anyway i can get a copy of this? You're so organized.
i need to redo my routines..
are you a flybaby!?
I am glad you like the post and are all motivated to get going with your planning. I just know one thing, when I fail to plan, I plan to fail. :)
@ Michelle, I don't know how to get my doc. put up here, but if you just copy and past and then print it out as a sample to do yours, it will work and there's nothing like typing in those times and activities of your own day. it is very addicting, I couldn't stop after I did my Evening and Morning Routines. It was good for my soul! LOL!
@ Nikki, I wish I am still a flybaby. I have been flying more years than I want to remember. LOL! But life changes (usually without prior notice) so my fly period reflects my state of mind at the moment. I stopped flying a few years back but have picked it back up when I started this blog last year, this time though I am doing it very slowly, one new habit at a time. I still use my HMB, my home still needs help, but I am more calm nowadays. I can do it with God's help and 15 minutes at a time. :)
