Christine did a fantastic job cooking dinner for us again, tonight. She started doing some prep work in early afternoon. She started making the "dough" for the Gnocchi recipe. It was a lot of work kneading the dough, rolling it into uniform "twigs" and cutting them as precise as possible. We all enjoyed the dinner and I promised to split the work with her the next time we make it.
This is the second most time spent step. The first one is the kneading.
It was tasty, maybe a bit more salt but all of the hard work is all worth it.
