Well, I finally set up my own blog. I've been thinking about doing this for a long while but just was not sure if I want to add one more thing on my already sort of full plate. Anyhow, whenever I am in doubt, I usually just don't make any move. Then, two days ago, my dear daughter-in-love emailed me and told me that she got a blog for her family I was so excited to hear the news as they will be moving to ND in less than a month! Because of that, I thought perhaps it is a good time to start the blog. So, here I am!
I chose Our Lives as my blog name because it is not just my life I am bloggin about, it is a blog for my dh, dSs and dd as well. Hope you'll enjoy reading about our lives and our stories.

Roxane
dear husband, dear sons and dear daughter! :)
Well Jenny...
When Emma read this, she came to me and said, "mom, what do you mean you don't know what all that means"...to which I said,"what"?
You know, the letters..."Oh, that" I said. Of course I do not know what that means. How could I? I'm just the mom, the grandma, you know, the one that doesn't have time for keeping up with the keeping up. She informed me that she has known that for a long time...
My first question is, what is a long time? After all, she's not been away from home all that long. Well, after careful thought, I realized that this generation learns much faster than my generation. Technology, that's the answer, must be the technology! So,being the mom that I am, and of course the wise guy, I couldn't resist the temptation for a good long lecture on why it is important to keep up with the written language...no short cuts. Well, at least not many! So hopefully she got a little something out of our "good ole fashioned" conversation. I certainly learned about a new language..."an internet language", "a blog language", which I was completely unaware of.
That doesn't date me does it? :)
Hahaha! I know what you mean. That's why I told myself I need to learn as much as I can with the "Blog Language". Speaking of that, I am sure by now you know you are a "BO" and I am a "SHE"? It is not a Blog language, it is from the FLYlday! BO means "Born-Organized" and SHE means "Side-tracked Home Executive"!
