One Week

My doctor gave me one week to lay off my right arm/shoulder before he wants me to go get a MRI.  I am being good about this as I really don't want to take another MRI especially when our medical insurance is still not in place yet.It is such a challenge as I am a right handed person and at times I just plain forgotten I am not suppose to use my right arm. Robert got me an arm sling and insists that I wear it so it will restrict my arm movement to the minimum. 
I am being very cooperative as I want no complication to the shoulder.
At the mean time, slowly but surely, home improvement continues on...
