We are on Day 8 today. I have been doing the Day 7 task for the last two nights. It sure made a huge difference in the morning. I recognized that feeling. I had that when I used to do the FLY routines. I am glad it is back. I am very motivated today and have done my today's task already. 3-ring binders are our SHEs best friends.
I modified the routines to suit my preference. I can't wait to get moving again!
This is one area I modified. I wear socks in the house. I may change this habit when we have a wood floor.
Put those routines in the binder.
